How We Assure Quality
Metallurgical Verification
Every heat or batch melted in our foundry undergoes strict spectrographic analysis. We guarantee exact chemical compositions and mechanical properties for Gray Iron, SG Iron, and Cast Steel.
Micron-Precise Metrology
Using calibrated digital measuring instruments, our quality assurance team verifies bearing seat ovality, split-line parallelism, and axial alignments down to micro-level tolerances.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
To ensure zero internal casting defects, blowholes, or micro-cracks, we perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) on high-stress and custom components.
